Unabble to connect

With Safari, when I want to connect to localhost, it shows the impossibility of join the sever.
What should I do ?

Can you please post a screen grab of the actual error that you're seeing.
Also, can you connect to localhost in another browser?

Enclosed : the Safari screen.
With Firefox, I got :
La connexion a échoué.
Firefox ne peut établir de connexion avec le serveur à l’adresse localhost:8888.
Le site est peut-être temporairement indisponible ou surchargé. Réessayez plus tard ;
Si vous n’arrivez à naviguer sur aucun site, vérifiez la connexion au réseau de votre ordinateur ;
Si votre ordinateur ou votre réseau est protégé par un pare-feu ou un proxy, assurez-vous que Firefox est autorisé à accéder au Web.

I completely uninstalled MAMP and reinstalled its latest version (7), but when I open it, it displays:
Apache couldn't be started. Please check your MAMP installation and configuration.
An idea ?

I'm not sure why MAMP 7 isn't working for you.
Did you get MAMP 7 or MAMP Pro 7? If you have MAMP Pro there's a chance the MAMP tech support people will help you.
If you have MAMP Pro 7 you can contact their support here and open a ticket:
https://support.mamp.info/
Support tickets are not an option if you have regular free MAMP.
