MAMP: Connect to phpMyAdmin

1. Start MAMP Apache and MySQL.
2. In a web browser, browse to http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/ or http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/?lang=en

3. Or, Click WebStart in MAMP.
4. Then click the phpMyAdmin link.
