I have the same problem with the Support.
I am waiting for the replies to my ticket for days! :(

Exactly. Weeks by now....

I once installed MAMP Pro, installed WordPress, begann coding & designing and after update to Version 7.2 MAMP Pro refused to start up to the end, rendering my local web environment to status "bricked".

Support suggested to update to version 7.2.2 from within MAMP and / or MAMP Pro. But there is no update available. The download version remains at 7.2.

Weeks after first contact the support team suggested re-installing MAMP.....

Thanks for nothing, dear support. Have fun with my money paid for the Pro licence!
