My first step MAMP problem 404

I come from windows where I use wamp and I would like to do the same thing as wamp and windows but I am also a beginner on macos sequoia.

So my problem, I am configured in port 80 and my localhost remains in 404: I put an index.html in /htdocs it does not change I deduce that it does not come from my application but from the configuration of mamp

I have url rewriting on my htaccess

it's been a long time since I updated it but it remains the same

I would like to make sure that all the modules are open. I am not a server administrator and I do not understand much about it.
