Re: Mamp Pro slower than remote server
While I was typing out an enquiry here to try and find a solution to how ridiculously slow my Mamp Pro is getting - so much slower than an online server, I found the answer. Re: No Apache errors being written to logs.
Did you try without SSL enabled?
Did you try using default ports? 443 and 80?
Try uninstalling/re-installing MAMP if possible, could be a permissions issue.

Re: Cannot access website due to SSL issue
Hi I have installed MAMP and via Akeeba restored my live website (Joomla) on localhost. Everything worked smoothly but now I want to access the front- or backend and get the error: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR It says it cannot establish a secure connection. What do I need to do to get the access? Regard...

Thanks for sharing. Might be worth bringing up on their bug base: https://bugs.mamp.info/my_view_page.php
I'm anxiously awaiting MAMP Pro 7.0 + new builds which hopefully address a lot of the oddities in previous versions I've reported

Re: SSL certificate invalid on macOS 13.0
MAMP cert? It should only be used for localhost development either way
